Registration for the February Retreat is open

Note that we cannot confirm your registration right away because we need to review it and check if there is still space. After registering, you will receive two emails; one that states we received your registration, and another later when we’ve confirmed that there is space in the retreat for you.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify the registrar as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Participation in this retreat is limited; your cancellation may open the retreat for someone on the waiting list.

Cancellation fees:

Before February 1st: $75
On or after February 1st: $200

Online Registration Quick FAQs

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes. PayPal accepts credit cards without having to setup a PayPal account.

Q: I requested a scholarship, but the PayPal still says the full amount. How will I know if it was deducted?
A: You are authorizing your card for the full amount, but we will email you before we allow the order to complete to let you know if your scholarship was approved. We will only allow the order to complete for your requested amount. If we need to work with you on a different scholarship amount, we will contact you prior to authorization.

Q: I notice the payment is pending. When will it go through?
A: Payments are processed after we’ve reviewed your registration and confirmed there is space in the retreat. Our registrar is a volunteer and may take three to four days to process the registrations and payments. We ask for your patience, and please let us know if you haven’t heard from the registrar within five days.

Mail-in Registration

Please find the mail-in form and instructions for our upcoming retreat on the most current newsletter. TCVC must receive your check or payment in order to add you to the registration list. If you have questions, feel free to email retreats@tcvc.info.
